Fees

    • $200

    • 55-minutes

    • $150 for 38-52 minutes

    • $180 for 55 minutes

    • $200 for 55 minutes

    • $100 for missed appointments or no shows

    • Fee waived if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to appointment start time

    • $25.00 per hour

    • $200 per hour

    • Plus reimbursement for fees paid by the therapist for legal consultation about the case

Dr. Dawn is in-network with the following insurance companies and networks:

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois
PPO and EPO plans.

Full Health Journey and Dr. Dawn are not in network with any Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois HMO plan.
